Welcome to Taghmon Badminton Club

Whether you've never picked up a badminton racket before or you're returning to the sport after years away, we'd love to welcome you to Taghmon Badminton Club.

We are a friendly, inclusive club based in Taghmon, Co. Wexford, offering badminton for both juniors and adults. Our focus is on fun, fitness, friendship and developing players of all abilities.

How to Join

Make it as simple as possible.

Complete our online membership form.

Step 2
Choose the membership option that suits you.

Step 3
Complete your payment.

Step 4
We'll register you with Badminton Ireland (where applicable) and send you all the information you need before your first session.

Your First Night

Lots of people are nervous walking into a club for the first time. This section removes that fear.

What should I expect?

When you arrive you'll be greeted by one of our committee members who will introduce you to the club.

You'll be shown around, introduced to other members and paired with players of a similar standard where possible.

Our aim is to make everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

What to Bring

✔ Comfortable sports clothing

✔ Non-marking indoor runners

✔ Water bottle

✔ A badminton racket (don't worry if you don't have one—we have rackets available for beginners.)

7:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Juniors

Primary School:
 6:45 pm – 8:00 pm

Secondary School:
 8:00 pm – 9:15 pm

Membership Price Includes

Junior | €40 | Club membership, Badminton Ireland insurance, junior coaching
Come & Play | €5 | One adult club night (BI registration required)
10 Visit Pass | €40 | Ten adult club nights (BI registration required)
